Today, I stand before history not just as a woman, or as a candidate, but as a proud product of your trust. You have looked beyond gender and stereotypes, and you have looked squarely at capacity, competence, and character. For seeing the vision before the vessel, for supporting my emergence as the Candidate of the NDC Party for the Federal House of Representatives.
Your decision speaks volumes about the progressive spirit of Ehime Mbano, Ihitte Uboma and Obowo.
You have proven that in our constituency, we judge a leader not by their gender, but by their heart for service and their head for solutions. You have given me a platform that many women before me only dreamed of, and I will not let that sacrifice be in vain.
I am not running for history. I am running for service.
I have heard your cries. I have seen the roads that have crumbled, the schools that have decayed, and the clinics that lack basic drugs. For years, meaningful development has eluded us. That era ends now.
If elected, I promise that our constituency will never be an afterthought again. I will bring to the Green Chamber a new brand of politics, one built not on empty promises, but on tangible projects.
