The Chairman, the Africa Democratic Congress (ADC), Owerri Municipal, Comr. Chinedu Mbah has discribed ADC as the only viable alternative for the people of Imo State and Nigeria at large, in the upcoming 2027 elections.
Comr. Mbah who disclosed this while fielding questions from Newsmen recently in Owerri, stressed that with the robust caliber of individuals within the ADC. they are not just a party, rather a movement. He said,
“Our ranks are filled with seasoned politicians, community leaders, and dedicated activists committed to real change.
“The All Progressive Congress (APC) will find it difficult to win the elections against the backdrop of our unity and purpose”.
He acknowledge the relentless efforts of the National Executive Committee (NEC) under the Leadership of Senator David Mark, The South Zonal Chairman Hon. Sir. Bon Unachukwu, The State Chairman Prof James Okoroma and The Owerri Zonal Chairman Hon. Ben Mere. Prof. James Okkoroma, whom he said has been a cornerstone for the party.
Adding that their vision and leadership have reinvigorated their strategies and pumped life into their grassroots movements.
“We are not just preparing for an election; we are preparing for a revolution in governance.”
Comr. Mbah enjoined his constituents to be careful with political shylocks, not to be swayed by quick promises or inducements, as they are tactics employed by those who see their votes as mere tools for their ambitions.
“We must remain vigilant and prioritize integrity over short-term gains.”
Comr. Mbah however encouraged his supporters to disseminate the ADC message across all political wards in the Municipal, saying that it is their collective responsibility to engage their communities.
“Speak to your neighbors, your friends, and your families. Let them know that together, we can pave the way for a brighter, more prosperous future.
“Share our vision for sustainable development, accountability, and transparent governance, it must be heard by every corner of this state.”
He advised.
